Neon Hop Privacy Policy

Effective date: 4 November 2026

This policy explains how the mobile game Neon Hop ("the app") handles information. The app is published by Dubex Games ("we", "us"), which is responsible for the app as data controller. Contact: contact@dubexgames.com.

Information the app keeps on your device

The app saves your progress and settings in a file on your device. This includes:

• best score;
• coins;
• unlocked and equipped cosmetics;
• volume, vibration and visual-effects settings;
• the daily reward date and streak;
• the number of runs played. It also keeps ads away during a new player's first runs.

This file is never sent to us or to anyone else. We have no servers and no user accounts. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android settings, deletes this data.

Advertising

The app shows ads from Google AdMob (Google LLC, or Google Ireland Limited for users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland). Ads keep the game free. There are two kinds:

• Rewarded ads. You choose to watch them, for example to continue a run or double your coins.
• Full-screen interstitial ads. They can appear between runs, at a limited frequency.

To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the app collects and shares the following with Google automatically:

• IP address. It can be used to estimate your general location.
• Product interactions. For example, app launches, taps and ad video views.
• Diagnostic information. For example, app launch time, hang rate and energy use.
• Device identifiers. The Android advertising ID and app set ID.

Google processes this data under its own policies:

The data is encrypted in transit. We do not receive this data in a form that identifies you, and we do not sell personal information.

Your choices and consent

• Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland and other regions where required). Before any ad loads, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to ask whether Google may use your data for personalized ads. No ads load until that step is complete.
• Changing your choice. Open Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices in the app at any time.
• Advertising ID. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your device settings. On most devices this is under Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads.
• No ads at all. The game plays without watching rewarded ads. Ads need an internet connection. Without one, no ads are shown and the game still works.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply:

• Personalized ads, and storing or reading information on your device for them, rely on your consent. You give or refuse it in the consent form, and you can withdraw it at any time in the app.
• If you do not consent, Google may still show non-personalized or limited ads. These, together with ad measurement and fraud prevention, rely on legitimate interests: keeping the game free and ads safe, as described in Google's policies.
• If you email us, we use your message and address only to answer you, based on our legitimate interest in replying. We delete the conversation when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Because the app keeps your game data only on your device, you control that data directly. For data processed by Google through the ads SDK, you can also use your Google account and device settings. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in particular in the country where you live or work.

International transfers

Google and our website host Cloudflare may process data outside your country, including in the United States. They use their own safeguards for this, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the app and data was collected through the ad SDK, contact us at contact@dubexgames.com. We will help where we can. The app itself stores no data off the device.

Permissions

The app asks for no runtime permissions. Its manifest includes:

• network access, for ads;
• the advertising ID permission, used by the ads SDK;
• vibration, which you can turn off in Settings.

Data retention and deletion

Game data stays on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its data. Data collected by Google through the ads SDK is retained under Google's policies. You can manage it through your Google account and device settings.

Security

The save file is stored in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read on a standard Android device. Ad traffic uses encrypted connections.

This website

dubexgames.com uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. If you pick a language with the language switcher, the site stores one cookie named lang with your choice, for one year. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. It also uses your approximate country to show the site in your language. Changes to this policy

We will post any update on this page and change the effective date above. If the app starts collecting new kinds of data, we will update this policy before that release.
